Re-fried beans sauteed with garlic, onion and jalapeno and mixed with cream cheese, pepper jack and spices, rolled in flour tortilla and topped with homemade enchilada sauce, more pepper jack and cilantro
Cooking Instructions: Thaw overnight, or until completely thawed, in the refrigerator. Remove plastic and lid, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake in oven 1 hr 15 min or until sides are bubbling and cheese starts to brown, or until a thermometer reads 170 degrees when inserted into the middle of the enchiladas. Once removed from the oven, let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
