This artisan butter is made using the cream from the Shatto Milk Company's small local herd of dairy cows in combination with some of the tastiest garlic you will find.  Garlic butter can be used to compliment things like mashed potatoes, broccoli, steak, tilapia, red potatoes and of course hot bread as you get ready to enjoy your favorite pasta dish. For those that are a bit more sophisticated in your cooking, garlic butter is also a great addition to crostini with tomato confit or for that matter on a simple ear of corn.
