This item is to be added as a convenience to help keep your products cold. We are unaware of what type of box you use thus the number of packs and how long they will last will need to be judged by you as the customer as we cannot guarantee that an ice pack will last for a certain period of time in an environment that we are unaware of. This item is meant to be one component of an over arching hard shelled cooler, ice pack, timely removal of items effort.
These items will be delivered with the order in which they were placed. The only charge is a $2.50 refundable deposit that will be credited to your Shatto account when you leave them in your box for the milkman in future orders. If you want them returned, simply leave them in your box unfrozen and your milkman will know to pick them up. We will not take back any packs that are punctured or dirty. Please clean them before returning them. If you have ice packs on recurring your milkman will switch out a frozen ice pack for your room temperature ice pack weekly.
