House made sauce with Italian sausage and ground beef, with layers of fresh herb ricotta, fresh mozzarella and Parmesan cheese

Italian sausage and ground beef marinara layered between  lasagna noodles, ricotta seasoned with fresh Italian parsley, thyme, garlic and Parmesan cheese, eggs and fresh mozzarella

Cooking Instructions:  Cook from frozen, 350 degrees, vent lid, cook covered for 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 20 minutes or until thermometer reads 170 degrees when inserted into the middle of the lasagna.  Once removed from the oven, let rest 20-30 minutes.  Can be served with additional sauce if desired.
